"Website đã tồn tại!" (already exists) | The website is already blocked. | Edit the existing row instead. |
"Tên của chương trình không được để trống" (program name empty) | No application chosen when adding to the block list. | Type the file name or pick the file (Block applications). |

Frequently asked questions
Why does a client PC show DISCONNECT while it is still on?
The client cannot reach the server: wrong server IP, network down or a firewall blocking it. See Client PC status. While disconnected, the PC is not charged.
Does changing prices affect sessions in progress?
New prices apply as soon as you save. Change prices at a quiet time so revenue is easy to reconcile.
Why can't I move a PC to another group?
A PC that is in use cannot change group. Wait until the customer signs out, then move it — see Machine groups.
Why can't staff see other people's reports?
That is by design: staff only see their own reports; manager accounts see everything.
Why doesn't remote power-on work?
The client motherboard must support Wake on LAN with it enabled in the BIOS, and the PC must still have power and a network cable. See Power on client PCs remotely.
Will I lose data if the server breaks?
No, as long as you have a backup on another drive or PC. Reinstall the server and restore it as described in Back up and restore your data.
